Foster A Healthy Growth In Your Child With Little Boots Kids Football Training

Foster A Healthy Growth In Your Child With Little Boots Kids Football Training

As a kid, we all played one or more types of sports in the neighbourhood playgrounds. Many consider that playing sports is a kind of exercise that lets you keep up with your health and fitness at any age. While there is always a minimum and maximum age criteria defined for getting enrolled and learning all the kicks and tricks, football for kids, or nursery games for 3 years-old has its own specific benefits. Preschool games provide a lifelong benefit as these kids start developing bonds with each other at a very young age. Priceless! Isn’t it?
Sports and exercise play a vital role in the development of a child, both mentally and physically. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, The Football Academy has been fostering children as young as 3-years old with a healthy outlook by providing football classes of international standards for the past 6 years under the Little Boots program. The sessions, led by our kids’ most loved trainer Fouad Hafid, head coach of TFA have been designed well-engaging, keeping in mind the developmental needs of children aged 3-6, that will keep them healthy and active as they grow.

The four cornerstones of football are Technique, Tactics, Physical and Mental abilities. Starting at a young age gives children an experience of cognitive brain growth from playing soccer. It helps improve listening skills in very young children. Because it’s so much fun, they will develop a liking for other organised sports and a lifelong enjoyment of physical exercise. Each of these elements helps children’s overall development and soccer skills and, most importantly, their ability to approach situations from a new angle and look for different solutions.

Football is a physically demanding game that offers players the opportunity to improve their speed, agility, strength, hand-to-eye coordination, and overall cardiovascular endurance. We understand that beyond the thrill of playing matches, playing the game can help children develop social skills, make new friendships, and improve their self-confidence & self-esteem and learn respect, teamwork, loyalty, discipline, and hard work.

Little Boots introduces children to the fundamentals of soccer and focuses on skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also encourage character traits such as respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship in each game. Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner.

‘LIttle boots have done a great job at Blossoms Early Learning Cenre, the children enjoy the lesson and have learned a lot - the staff are always professional and on time- I would highly recommend working wiht them.’

At Little Boots, your little champions will get started with the right foundations of football so that they grow with the game and develop sportsmanship spirit. We provide the opportunity for young children to be fit through fun games and interaction. The pandemic years have been the toughest phase as the kids were forced to live indoors, leaving the young children with lack of motor skills and physical fitness. We focus on natural rumble-tumble and roll to help small children establish better coordination, enhance balance and agility. These fun classes act as the perfect complement to football training as kids below 7 start to participate and enjoy the high-energy program.

When it comes to football, there are several aspirants who dream to play on the real field and showcase their talent in front of millions of audience. As your kid starts to adapt to the sports environment they gain an understanding of fair and healthy competition. Here are few snippets that would help you understand the benefits of the kids football games:-

  1. What is the right age to get my child enrolled in Little Boots?
We, at Little Boots, enrol children as young as 3-6 years old, considering it as the right age for developoing motor skill, coordination and team building.
  2. What training will be provided to my child?
Besides the kicks and tricks, we give emphasis on the overall health of the children. Our holistic and educational approach fosters motor skill development as we focus heavily on core values. Integrity, perseverance, respect, positive attitude, teamwork, and leadership are just a few of the core values we focus on by incorporating a new core value each week and tying it in with fun activities and games.
  3. What is the benefit of enrolling my kid at a young age?
Young children do experience cognitive brain growth from playing soccer. Kids playing soccer get the benefits of excellent exercise, hand-eye coordination, social skills, and teamwork & perseverance.
  4. How are the nutritional values taken care of considering the age of my child?
Young players need to be able to recover from the effort and avoid injuries when on the training field. One of our priorities is to inform and educate the importance of Nutrition. Adopting a healthy lifestyle is a key element of our more educational approach to football and we want to ensure all our players have a clear understanding of the “good” and “bad” in food.
